How do I list my space?
Click "List Your Space" in the navigation, complete the host onboarding, and fill out the listing form. It's free to list.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Funds are held until the booking starts, then released to the Host minus a small platform commission.
What if I have a dispute with a Host or Storer?
Contact the other party directly first. If unresolved, email us at support@findtruckstorage.com.au and we'll help mediate.
Is my vehicle insured while in storage?
FindTruckStorage does not provide insurance. Both Hosts and Storers should maintain their own appropriate coverage. See our Insurance Info page for guidance.
